How to enable the function of data usage protection of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Dual?
The Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Dual supports data usage protection, which can make you avoid unexpected charges when using mobile data to play surveillance images.
To enable the Data usage protection on the Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Dual, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP;
2. Tap [Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 Dual];
3. Tap the three-dot icon on the right top of the screen;
4. Tap [Camera settings];
5. Enable or disable [Data usage protection].
When [Data usage protection] is enabled, the surveillance image will not be played when using the mobile network.
Note:
The videos stored in the Xiaomi Home Secure and MicroSD card will be played automatically, without the limitation of data usage protection.
