Why does the Xiaomi Smart Floor Lamp not work after being powered on?

The Xiaomi Smart Floor Lamp is in the memory state by default. If you use the remote control, Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP or voice command to turn the lamp off, and press the physical switch at the bottom of the lamp pole, the lamp will not be turned on because of the memory state.
If the Xiaomi Smart Floor Lamp does not work after being powered on, please refer to the following details:
1. Press the switch at the bottom of the lamp pole to turn it off for more than 5 seconds, then press the switch again to turn it on, which should allow normal control via the remote control or the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
2. If the first method does not work, try pressing the switch at the bottom of the lamp pole to turn it off for more than 5 seconds, then press the switch once more, wait for 5 seconds (not exceeding 10 seconds), then press the switch to turn it off and wait for 5 seconds before pressing it again to turn it on. This will trigger a second quick power-on and force the lamp to turn on.
Note:
The power-off memory function is designed to prevent the lamp from automatically turning on when power returns after an outage while no one is at home. You can disable this feature in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP.
