Why does the TSA lock of the Xiaomi Expandable Luggage have key hole but not have a key?

The TSA customs lock is set up to facilitate customs inspection to prevent violent opening of the Xiaomi Expandable Luggage. The master key of the customs officer can open it. After the inspection, it is relocked and restored. The key is only held by customs staff. If there is no TSA customs lock, customs will destroy the luggage for inspection. The product itself does not come with a key, and it is controlled by setting a password.
The luggage uses a TSA-certified combination lock. TSA is the abbreviation of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration.
Here are more details about the TSA lock:
1. Since January 2003, TSA has stipulated that all luggage entering US airports must be opened for inspection. At the same time, TSA issued a warning that unless a TSA-certified lock is used, the checked luggage must not be locked, otherwise, customs has the right to pry open and destroy the checked luggage lock;
2. There are two ways to open a TSA lock. One is the key that comes with the lock itself or the password set by you, and the other is a key specifically for customs. Customs has a copy of the TSA unlocking key;
3. There must be a red diamond mark on both sides of this lock. As long as customs sees that mark, they know to use the key to open the lock (the corresponding key number is indicated on the bottom of the lock) instead of prying and destroying it;
4. TSA strictly trains customs inspectors to be very careful when opening luggage for inspection to ensure safety, and to relock the luggage after inspection;
5. TSA locks can also be used outside the United States.
