The camera can continue recording videos to the microSD card even when the internet is disconnected, provided that the device has successfully connected to the internet at least once. However, if the device loses power and is restarted without connecting to the internet again, it will not be able to record videos to the microSD card and will need to be powered on and connected to the internet once more.
In cases of power and network disconnection, viewing videos on the microSD card is only supported by removing the card from the device and checking it on a computer. It cannot be viewed through the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP.
