What to do if the Xiaomi Router BE3600 cannot be bound to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP?

First, please disable the IPv6 option, then update the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP to version 9.1.705 or later to bind the router. Since there is no external network at this point, you cannot manage the router using the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. Please disable the IPv6 option in the web backend, then update the APP to the latest version to bind the router.
Method: On a mobile device or PC, open a browser and enter 192.168.31.1. Enter the management password >> click [Common settings] >> [Network settings] >> scroll down to find [IPv6 network settings] and disable it.
You can also try the following troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue:
1. Check if your phone has connected to the Wi-Fi of the router;
2. Check if the selected product model is correct in the APP;
3. Make sure that the settings of the country or region in the APP are correct.
