The Xiaomi pad cannot connect to Wi-Fi or frequently disconnects

Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. By default, the pad uses DHCP for network access. If the network settings have not been changed, ensure that the router has DHCP service enabled;
2. Check if the Wi-Fi SSID (network name) is in English. If not, it is recommended to change it to an English name;
3. Check if other devices can connect to Wi-Fi. If other wireless devices also cannot connect, it is advisable to reset the router;
4. If other devices can connect to Wi-Fi, check if any third-party security APP is installed on the pad. Try uninstalling it, then restart the pad and attempt to connect again;
5. Please back up the data and perform a factory reset. After upgrading to the latest system version, try reconnecting.
If the issue persists, please take the pad to a local after-sales service center for further inspection.
