The system experiences abnormity after updating to the Xiaomi HyperOS
If the system of your phone experiences abnormality after updating to the Xiaomi HyperOS, please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. Restart your phone and check if the issue persists;
2. Please download the latest package manually by opening [Settings] >> [About phone] >> tap the [Xiaomi HyperOS] icon >> tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner >> select [Down latest package];
3. As the last resort, you can perform the factory reset after backup, which will clear all system-level faults.
If the all above methods are not effective, please submit your feedback in [Settings].
Note:
The Xiaomi smartphones do not support rollback of the system.
