What to do if the phone has a poor signal?

There are many reasons for poor phone signal (weak signal), including the surrounding environment, weather, location, the carrier itself, usual usage habits (such as using a metal protective case), system faults, and phone hardware issues.
If you encounter phone signal problems, it is recommended to try the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Check if the issue is related to the carrier's signal by testing with different SIM cards in the same device or testing the same SIM card in different devices. If the device works well with other carrier SIM cards and the same SIM card has a poor signal in different devices, it indicates that the carrier's signal coverage is poor in your area;
2. Select a reasonable network type setting according to your carrier;
3. Try making a call in different locations to see if the issue persists, such as outdoors or in environments with minimal interference;
4. Some phone cases use large-area plating processes for aesthetic purposes, and the metal can shield the phone signal, affecting both reception and transmission. If you use such a case, consider temporarily removing it to check the signal;
5. Upgrade to the latest system version to rule out system faults.
If the above methods cannot resolve the issue, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection.
