The Xiaomi Smart Camera cannot recognize the memory card
Some Xiaomi Smart Cameras support MicroSD storage. Once inserted into the device, the MicroSD card can be used to enlarge your storage capacities and store files.
If your camera cannot recognize the memory card, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Please ensure the memory card is inserted into the product correctly. If the memory card is not installed or is installed incorrectly, it will not be recognized;
2. Try restarting the device;
3. Check if the firmware version needs updating;
4. Use another device or read the memory card on a computer (via a card reader) to see if it can be recognized;
5. If the issue persists, please replace the memory card.
