To resolve this issue, you can troubleshoot it by following these steps:
1. Check if the socket’s power is within 2000W. Excessive power can trigger a high-temperature warning;
2. There can be an issue with the temperature sensor. Please replace the temperature sensor;
3. Check the thermal switch for continuity. If the thermal switch is open, the power board will not receive the signal from the thermal switch and will send a high-temperature warning to the display board. In this case, replace the thermal switch;
Note:
If the thermal switch is functioning normally, a faulty power board could also send a high-temperature warning to the display board. Replace the power board.
4. Finally, if the issue persists, the display control board can be faulty and should be replaced.
