First, rule out low battery issues. When the watch’s battery level drops below 5%, it will enter a low power mode and become unresponsive.
It can be caused by an APP. Try pressing the power button to return to the home screen, and then try again.
If the screen still cannot be swiped, force the watch to restart. To do this, press and hold the power button until the reboot prompt appears.
If none of these steps work, try performing a factory reset.
