Why does the phone network experience lagging?

There are many reasons that can cause network lagging, such as the router, SIM card, signal strength at your location, etc.
You can troubleshoot the issue with the following steps:
1. Check if the issue only occurs in one specific APP. Try switching to different APPs to see if they work properly. If other APPs function normally, it’s a network connection issue with the APP’s server rather than a problem with the phone itself;
2. If you're using mobile data, check the signal strength at your location. Keep in mind that having full signal bars doesn’t always mean a stable data connection. It’s recommended to test in different areas to see if weak data network signals in your current location are causing the issue;
3. If you're using Wi-Fi and experiencing connection drops, determine whether this happens in all Wi-Fi environments (e.g., home network, office network). If the issue differs between networks provided by different operators, it's an issue with the specific Wi-Fi network;
4. Check if you're using a phone case with metal components. Some cases on the market use large areas of electroplated metal for aesthetic purposes, which can interfere with signal reception and transmission, affecting your phone’s network performance;
5. For horizontal gaming, check if your grip is covering the side antennas. This could affect the phone's ability to receive network signals, leading to connection drops, lagging, or slow speeds. Try leaving part of the sides uncovered;
6. Check your surroundings to see if you are too far from the router or if there are walls in between. Try moving closer to the router and test the connection;
7. Check the number of devices connected to the router. If too many devices are using the network, it could lead to frequent network lag on your phone;
8. Try changing the router channel or resetting the router to see if this improves the connection;
9. Make sure no other devices are using bandwidth for activities such as watching HD videos or downloading large files.
If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, it's recommended to submit feedback with a detailed description of the issue and upload the logs.
