To open the lid of the Xiaomi Electric Pressure Cooker 4.8L, please refer to the following steps:
1. After the cooking is completed, make sure that the safety valve has dropped before attempting to open the lid;
2. After confirmation, grip the handle and rotate the lid counterclockwise until the lid alignment mark aligns with the open-lid mark, and lift the lid upwards to open it;
3. You can also manually press the pressure release button for quick pressure release.

1. When operating the pressure release button, press it from the front of the pressure cooker while keeping a safe distance from the pressure regulator to prevent steam scalds;
