For your reference, the affecting factors of the heart rate measure results are as follows:
1. Non-standard wearing methods will affect heart rate value, such as light leakage caused by incomplete fit, arm swing and slight movement of the watch on the skin. Please keep your arm flat, relaxed, and still, ensuring the watch is snug against your arm;
2. The watch is worn near the joint, which will obstruct the heart rate signal. Too tight wearing of the watch, arm elevation and fist clenching will also affect blood circulation and heart rate signals;
3. Sweat stains on the watch can interfere with its heart rate measurement accuracy. When sweat accumulates on the watch's sensors, it can create a barrier between the skin and the sensors, leading to inaccurate or inconsistent heart rate;
4. Due to the characteristics of the PPG chip, blood oxygen (red light) and heart rate (green light) cannot be turned on at the same time, that is, blood oxygen and heart rate cannot be measured at the same time. If the blood oxygen measurement is continuous for a long time, there will be no background heart rate monitoring data for this period of time.
Note:
If worn correctly, individual differences such as skin color, hair, tattoos and scars will also affect heart rate monitoring (brown skin and black skin cannot be measured, and dark skin cannot be detected for large absorption of green light).
