Why can't the Redmi Watch 5 Lite receive message notifications?

Please confirm whether the message notification in the APP is turned on, and whether the sync notification is turned on or the switch of the corresponding APP is turned on. If it is turned off, the watch cannot receive the message.
Please confirm whether the APP has sufficient permissions, including the permission to get notifications and the permission to run in the background, to ensure that the APP can push notifications to the watch in the background.
Please confirm whether the watch turns on the following modes:
1. Whether to turn on Do Not Disturb mode;
2. Whether to turn on Do Not Disturb synchronization and turn on Do Not Disturb mode on the phone;
3. Whether to turn on sleep mode;
4. Whether to enter a sleep state.
Any of the above states will not remind the watch when the message is notified.
When the watch is connected to iOS phones, if sometimes iOS phones cannot receive the message reminder, please refer to the following to check:
1. Please confirm that the mobile phone’s Bluetooth is connected to the device. If it is not connected, please tap to connect;
2. Next, if it is not connected, please ignore the device and enter the APP to repair the device. At the same time, after the APP pops up, allow it to pair with the device;
3. If the mobile phone’s Bluetooth is connected, please tap the small icon beside the connected device to enter the watch Bluetooth details interface to confirm whether the [Share System Notifications] function is turned on. If not, please enable it.
