1. Enter the Bluetooth interface of the mobile phone to check whether the Bluetooth address of the current watch has been connected. If it has been connected, you need to forget the Bluetooth that you connected before trying to connect;
2. Check the Bluetooth connection distance between the watch and the mobile phone. Long distance will cause the Bluetooth to automatically disconnect;
3. Please use the latest version of the Mi Fitness APP;
4. Open the Bluetooth settings of the mobile device to check whether the watch’s Bluetooth address can be found;
5. Check the operating system and supplier of your mobile phone, check the APP usage scenarios, and update the APP version;
6. Verify the firmware version, update to the latest version and retry;
7. You can restore the watch to the factory settings.
