What to do if the Redmi Watch 5 Lite cannot be connected to the phone?

To connect the watch to the APP, you need to make sure that the phone can connect to the network and turn on the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone. 
If the phone is set normally but still cannot connect to the watch, please try the following steps:
1. Please try to turn off the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone and then turn it back on;
2. Restart the watch;
3. After the watch restarts, try to connect the watch again to the APP.
Note:
If the watch does not connect back after disconnecting the Bluetooth of the phone, please refer to the following steps:
1. Make sure that the mobile phone’s network is normal, and the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone is on;
2. Please try to re-switch the Bluetooth of the mobile phone or restart the watch to connect again;
3. Make sure that the distance between the mobile phone and the watch is within 20 meters.
