1. If the physical indicators cannot be valued, please confirm whether the heart rate sensor on the back shell of the watch flashes normally. If the heart rate sensor is normal, please try to adjust the tightness of the watch to measure again. If the heart rate sensor is abnormal, please try to press the power button for more than 12 seconds to restart the watch;
2. Due to the rich content and large file size of some watch faces, downloading and installing take a relatively long time compared with others, which is a normal phenomenon. Please wait patiently;
3. If your watch has black and white stripe, blurry screen and touching failure, please try to restart it first. If it still shows abnormalities after restarting, please check whether the Mi Fitness APP or the watch is the latest version.
