If the Redmi Watch 5 Active cannot be charged, please refer to the following methods for testing:
1. Charge with an original standard charging adapter;
2. Check whether there are foreign objects in the charging base;
3. Remove the watch from the charging seat and put it back again, plug and unplug the USB of the base again, and try to replace the socket;
4. Restart the watch and then put it on the base for charging;
5. If the above methods are invalid, please apply for the after-sales service center inspection.
Note:
The Redmi Watch 5 Active does not support connecting Hub charging, which will cause failure to charge. The adapter selected for charging is at least a 5V/1A regular standard charging head.
