The watch collects signals from optical sensors to analyze the individual's heart rate. These sensors have LEDs that shine light through the skin. Blood absorbs this light differently depending on how much blood is flowing through your veins.
If the heart rate is shown when worn on other objects, please refer to the following details:
1. If the watch is worn on other objects or there is a shelter in front of the heart rate sensor, the heart rate sensor detects the change in the optical signal, then the heart rate value will be measured;
2. The watch's sensors capture these light variations and use algorithms to calculate your heart rate based on the pulse detected. Therefore, when the algorithm is compatible with the aforementioned signals, the latter's signal is misjudged, resulting in the calculation of the heart rate value.
