What to do if the Redmi Watch 5 Lite cannot be charged?
If the Redmi Watch 5 Lite cannot be charged, please refer to the following details:
1. Charge with a regular standard adapter;
2. Check whether there is foreign object in the contact points;
3. Remove the watch from the charging cable and put it back again, unplug and plug the USB adapter, and try to replace the socket;
4. Forcibly restart the watch and then put it back to the charging cable for charging.
If the above inspection is invalid, please contact the after-sales service center for further inspection.
Note:
The Redmi Watch 5 Lite does not support connecting a hub for charging, which will cause failure to charge. The adapter used for charging is at least a 5V/1A regular standard adapter.
