Cause：
Single earbuds have poor contact, resulting in only one side earbuds being paired up
Single earbuds low battery shutdown
Earbuds with dirty earbuds blocking the speaker
Earbuds are not sweating or getting water in them, causing them to short circuit and die
Bluetooth disconnection on left and right earbuds.
Solution:
1. Please put the earbuds back into the charging case, confirm that the indicator light on the charging case will be on when you put them in the case, re-pair the Bluetooth and you can resume.
2. After confirming that the earbuds are in good contact, place them in the box and charge them for 10 minutes, then pair them with Bluetooth again to restore them.
3. Check and clean the earbuds for dirt.
4. You need to send them to an after-sales outlet for dismantling and testing.
