Hello, the first time your Xiaomi phone connects to earbuds, the phone will automatically download the dynamic pop-up animation as the pop-up interface is uploaded to the Xiaomi cloud server. If this is the first time you use your phone, it may affect the loading speed of the dynamic pop-ups in the different surrounding network environment. If this pop-up is the default pop-up interface during your use, you can put the earbuds back into the charging case and re-open the cover, the dynamic pop-ups will be displayed normally.
You may encounter the same problem when you change the phone you are connecting to, so try putting the earbuds back into the charging case and reconnecting them.
