Why does the Camera APP on the Redmi Note 13 have no response when recording a slow motion video for SMS?

Standard SMS messages are limited to 160 characters per message. If a message exceeds this limit, it is often split into multiple messages. The overall encoding and decoding capacity of recording through SMS combined with slow-motion recording in the camera exceeds the hardware limit, resulting in unresponsiveness during recording. It is recommended to clear the background SMS processes before initiating the Slow motion recording.
