For this issue, you can refer to the following methods below to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the Wi-Fi is 2.4G Wi-Fi. The doorbell does not support connecting 5GHz Wi-Fi;
2. Check whether the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly;
3. Check whether the router is connected to the network normally;
4. Check whether the router is set with a blacklist;
5. Confirm if the Wi-Fi list of the mobile phone has the Wi-Fi beginning with “madv” after resetting the doorbell. If not, it means that the doorbell does not enter the paring mode;
6. Check whether the doorbell has been bound by other accounts. If it is bound by other accounts, please delete the doorbell under the original account first.
