To address this issue, please refer to the following information:
1. If the blue light flashes when connecting to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, it means that the camera cannot connect to the network or cannot be bound to the Xiaomi account. Please check whether the account password is correct and whether the network meets the requirements of the camera;
2. If the blue light flashes suddenly and the device cannot be used after the camera has successfully connected to the APP, please check whether the network is normal;
3. If the indicator doesn’t light up, please check whether you turn on the [Status light] option in the camera settings of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. If it still cannot work, press and hold the Reset Button for 3 seconds to reconnect the device.
