You can set the reminder by the path:
1. Open the [Workout] APP;
2. Select a sport;
3. Enter the exercising page and tap the setting icon at the bottom;
4. Select [Reminders] to set as your preference.
Take outdoor running as an example:
1. Distance reminder: The default is 1 meter, and the adjustment unit is 1 meter. It can be set according to personal situations;
2. Pace alert: The default is 5 minutes and 30 seconds, and the adjustment unit is 10 seconds. It can be set according to personal situations;
3. Target HR zone: You can set it as you need;
4. High HR alert: The default is the maximum heart rate measured automatically, with an adjustment unit of 1 time per minute;
5. Hydration: The default is 1 kilometer for distance with an adjustment unit of 1 kilometer or 10 minutes for time with an adjustment unit of 5 minutes.
