How to get a reminder after setting the heart rate value on the Xiaomi Watch S3?
In a quiet state, the timer starts monitoring for 10 minutes. If the average heart rate is detected to be higher or lower than the set value after 10 minutes of monitoring, the watch will display a reminder interface for high or low heart rates. You can ignore it or stop the reminder for today by selecting the options on the interface. During this period, however, once the watch detects that you left the quiet state, the monitoring will stop.
Note:
During exercise and within 20 minutes after exercise, the watch will not monitor for high or low heart rate, abnormal heart rate, or other abnormal heartbeats.
