If there is no response when you tap "open on phone" on your band, please check the following reasons:
1. Check whether Mi Fitness APP is running in the background of your phone. Please turn on the APP background protection;
2. Check if your phone is currently in lock screen status. If the phone is locked, the phone can not jump to the APP page;
3. Currently, the function is trying to adapt to more Android models. Please wait patiently;
4. iOS phones do not support this feature.
