What to do if there is no sound or there is noise when viewing the real-time surveillance on the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera BW300?

To troubleshoot the sound issue, please refer to the following steps:
1. The default of the Mi Home APP is to turn off the volume of the live video. You can turn on the volume icon in the video of the Mi Home APP. If the volume is low, you can turn up the volume of your phone;
2. Check whether the camera microphone hole is blocked;
3. If there is noise in the live video, keep your phone away from the camera and avoid placing the camera next to electronic devices such as refrigerators and microwaves.
