Why does the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 4.5L prompt "Please close the door to continue"?
If the screen displays normally after powering on, but prompts you to close the air fryer to continue, it indicates that the basket has not been pushed in place. So it is recommended to push it back into place. If the basket has been pushed in place but the prompt still exists, it indicates that the door control function of the product is not working. So please contact the after-sales for inspection.
