What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network?

If your Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ encounter this problem, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the Wi-Fi password entered during the connection is correct. Wi-Fi usernames cannot contain Chinese characters, and passwords should not contain special characters like @, ¥, or %. If they do, reset them to alphanumeric formats and try again;
2. Check if the router's internet connection is normal. You can try opening a web page on your phone or a device connected to the Wi-Fi to see if it's working properly;
3. Ensure that the distance between the router and the robot is not too far (within 5 meters or with walls in between). Try moving the robot closer to the router (1-2 meters) and reconnecting it;
4. Try connecting it to your phone's Wi-Fi hotspot;
5. Check if the router is connected to too many smart devices, causing the network to slow down or the router to be unresponsive. Try restarting the router and then reconnecting;
6. Currently, the device does not support corporate EAP802.1x authenticated networks, 5G networks, or public Wi-Fi networks that require web page authentication. Switch to a different network and try connecting again;
7. If the device has been offline for more than 1 hour, the Wi-Fi module will automatically close the network connection function, and the Wi-Fi indicator will blink. Restart the device to restore the connection;
8. Check if your phone has restricted the APP's permissions, such as internet access and location. Allow these permissions and try again;
9. Connection failure will also be related to the phone model. Try using a different phone model to connect;
10. If you still cannot connect, try resetting the robot and then reconnecting to the network.
