The Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini suddenly stops working while in use
If the Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini suddenly stops working while in use, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check whether the device has run out of charge. Charge the vacuum cleaner fully and try again;
2. Check and clean the dustbin regularly. Please remove the dustbin from the vacuum cleaner, empty its contents into a trash bin, and thoroughly clean the dustbin. Repeatedly wash and pat the filter, and tap the dirt out until it is clean. Dry thoroughly for at least 24 hours before installation;
3. The NTC protection of the vacuum cleaner will be triggered due to high environment temperature and long working time. Please let it cool down for 5-10 minutes and then try again;
4. The vacuum cleaner features a protection feature. If the nozzle port is blocked for a long time, the protection will be triggered, causing the device to stop working;
5. Dirty or clogged filters can restrict airflow and cause the vacuum cleaner to shut off prematurely. Clean the filters, allowing the filter to dry completely before reinstalling them and using the vacuum cleaner again.
