Why is the video inconsistent that recorded by the camera?



Solution:

1.Please recall whether the camera is working normally and whether the indicator light is blue. Has this happened such as power cut, restart etc. If this things happened, it was not be able to record videos for that time period. It is recommended to use standard adapter and connection wire.

2.Confirm whether the camera has turned on the recording function of motion detection. If this function is turned on, the recording will only take place when the screen changes in order to save storage space.

3.Try to format or replace the memory card.

4.If the problem of unable to record still occurs frequently after the above inspection, It is recommended to apply for after-sales inspection.

Notes:
If the memory card has appeared the part that unable to record, that part of the video can not be retrieved.
