Organize as follows:
Keep your body and arms still during measurement; wearing it too loosely and the band shaking may cause measurement failure. You need to place your arm on a stable place such as a table for measurement, with the screen of the band facing upwards. It is better to wear it with a slight sense of urgency and the band will not move when you move your wrist;
Arm hair, tattoos, dirt, and too dry skin at the measurement site will affect the signal collection of the optical sensor, leading to measurement failure;
Make sure the sensor on the back of the wearable device is clean, dry, and free of foreign objects;
The wearing position is incorrect. Since the blood vessels on the wrist are less distributed, the blood oxygen value is not easy to measure. Please wear the band one finger away from the wrist bone (protruding part of the ulna);
Please check whether you are wearing a double-ring genuine leather black and white strip. When using this strip, it is easy for the back shell of the strip to be unable to directly contact the skin , which in turn affects the accuracy of the wearing detection and heart rate and blood oxygen measurements.
When measuring outdoors in winter, low temperatures may cause blood oxygen measurement to fail. It is recommended to measure in an environment with a high indoor temperature, or do not expose the band to a low temperature environment for a long time when measuring;
If the measurement continues to fail, check whether the App and firmware versions are the latest. If they are the latest, it is recommended to restart the band or restore the factory settings and try pairing again;
If it continues to fail, check whether the red light on the heart rate light of the band flashes during blood oxygen measurement. If the red light remains off, please contact/apply for after-sales service center.
