1.Working preparation
1.1 Work condition

Operators must be trained and have obtained a training certificate to repair
· Environmental requirements
The indoor light intensity should be 1000+/-200 Lux. The inspection room must be isolated from outside sunlight. Light must be evenly distributed and the room vertically illuminated from above.
Room temperature: 23-28° ℃
Indoor humidity: 40%-55%
Interior protection: work area must be fitted with an ESD protection device, the main role of which is static leakage, dissipation, neutralization and shielding.

2. Matters need attention
2.1 Principle of conductive glue reuse
If the conductive adhesive is damaged, uneven and loses its viscosity, it is considered to be ineffective and needs to be replaced with a new material.
2.2 Principle of fix glue reuse
The fix glue If the viscosity is lost, the failure is considered to require replacement of new materials.
2.3 Clear glue cautions
If the conductive adhesive and fixed adhesive are judged to be invalid, appropriate amount of alcohol shall be used to fully penetrate the gel residue, and non-rigid tools and dust free cloth shall be used to remove the residue, so as to avoid damaging the surface of the material during the operation.
2.4 Disconnect power cautions
Ensure that the product is turned off before disassembly and assembly, and disconnect the power input before the preparation and completion of relevant operations
2.5 Precautions for battery disassembly
Avoid sharp objects touching the battery during disassembly.
Ensure that the battery surface is flat during disassembly.
