Xiaomi Smart Pet Fountain supports network connection and remote control and is compatible with most routers. To connect to the network, you need to download the Mi Home APP. It should be noted that the wireless network of the router has the following requirements:
1. Pet Fountain only supports 2.4G WiFi, not 5G WiFi;
2. The WiFi encryption method needs to be WAP, WPA2, WEP encryption is not supported;
3. WiFi that requires authentication is not supported;
4. It is not recommended to connect to SSIDs containing Chinese special characters;
5. The router enables DHCP, and does not support static IP;
6. Reset the water dispenser WiFi and try again;
7. Change the network environment or try using a mobile phone hotspot;
8. Apply for after-sales testing.
