Take Netflix as an example,
1.Open the Netflix app on your Android phone or tablet.
2.From the upper right corner, tap your profile icon.
3.Tap App Settings.
4.Scroll to Diagnostics and tap Playback Specification.
5.Next to Widevine, check for L1 or L3.
