1. Restart the camera;
2. Check if the camera firmware version and the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP need updating;
3. Clear the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP’s data. This will delete downloaded Cloud storage videos;
4. Change the memory card to check if the issue still persists.
Note:
Memory cards have a limited lifespan. If a card has been used extensively, it needs to be replaced with a new memory card.
