For your reference, here are some solutions to this issue:
1. If the videos on the memory card are not continuous, it's due to motion detection recording being enabled. When this function is active, the camera records only when it detects motion;
Note:
Videos in the Cloud storage are also recorded only when there is motion and not continuously for 24 hours.
2. If the video is buffering, it's because of network issues. Check if there are too many devices connected to the camera's network or if other devices are streaming video simultaneously.
