1. If there is no sound during voice calls, please open the APP permission settings of your phone to enable sound recording permissions for the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
2. When talking, avoid placing the mobile phone and the device in the same space. Maintain a distance of more than 10 meters from the device to prevent echo, which is normal for close calls;
3. If there are many electronic devices near the camera, it will cause electromagnetic interference, resulting in howling, noise, and other issues during voice calls.
