The recorded videos have sound in Home surveillance, Cloud storage, and microSD card. However, if you enable fast playback, the video will be played without sound by default, which is normal.
In addition, each time you enter the Home surveillance or enter the Cloud storage, the playback interface for recordings on the memory card will be muted by default. If you need to play the normal sound, please tap the mute icon to restore the sound.
