If the Xiaomi Smart Multifunctional Rice Cooker 3L cannot connect to Wi-Fi, please check the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Please reset Wi-Fi (Press and hold on the cancel button and the select button for 3 seconds, and you can reset the Wi-Fi). After resetting, please connect to the network again (When the indicator turns to blinking orange, the Wi-Fi enters a waiting-for-connection status);
2. Exit the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP on your mobile phone and re-enter;
3. Please check whether there is a good Wi-Fi connection. It is not recommended to connect to an unstable public network;
4. Place the device close to the router, and it should be placed in an environment with strong Wi-Fi signals;
5. Set the Wi-Fi password to a simple password (the following special characters cannot be set: “/ \\ %”);
6. Use another mobile phone as a hotspot, and try again;
7. The router must use the 2.4GHz frequency band. Currently, the 5.0GHz frequency band is not supported;
8. Set the encryption method of the router to WPA[TKIP]/WPA2[AES]. Currently, WEP and WAPI encrypted hotspots are not supported;
9. Open the WiFi settings of the mobile phone to check if the Wi-Fi starting with "chunmi-oven-XXX" and confirm whether the product Wi-Fi module is damaged. If the Wi-Fi starts with Chunmi, it means there is no problem with the product module. Please adjust the network and reconnect;
