The Year view function makes it easier to locate photos by month. Because when you find a photo that you shot a long time ago and don’t remember the specific date, it will take you a lot of time to locate it.
The Year view function retains 40 photos (max) per month for preview, which is analyzed based on each month's photo factors such as time, location, aesthetics, etc. And tapping on the photo will return you to the day view.
Note:
Please ensure the MIUI version is updated to 9.5.9 and above, as the Year view function is the new function added in this version. After updating the version, a guide video for the year view will pop up when opening the Gallery, informing you to enter the year view interface by pinching with two fingers.
