The Xiaomi Smart Camera rotates abnormally

The Xiaomi Smart Camera adopts multiple security encryption measures. No one except you or with your authorization can crack or invade the camera. Please rest assured of the security.
To save the above issue occurs, please confirm the following information:
1. Check if the Human tracking of the camera has been enabled. Once the function is enabled, the camera will recognize the changes in the image and rotate accordingly. If you don’t need this rotation function, please turn it off by going to the [Mi Home] app >> select the camera >> tap on the three points icon upper right corner >> [Camera settings] >> turn off [Human tracking];
2. If the camera is shared with others and they can control it, please observe it after canceling sharing the device;
3. Check if the Xiaomi account and password are shared with others to allow others to log in and operate the account, please change your account and password in a timely manner and observe, if there is any sharing;
4. View the visitor record to check if the camera is operated by others who have a shared Xiaomi account;
5. After the camera firmware update, it will also restart and rotate. Please check if there have been any recent firmware updates.
