Solution:
In this case, you need to check the network status to see if you have turned on the airplane mode by mistake. Airplane mode will turn off the WiFi function of the wireless module. Please use the WiFi according to the following methods:
1. Click the WIFI network icon in the lower right corner, and the WIFI network list will appear.
2. Make sure that the flight mode is off and the WiFi is on.
3. Click to select the appropriate WiFi, follow the system prompts to connect to WiFi, and may need to enter a password.
