What should I do if the smart camera often hibernates regularly?

Xiaomi smart camera supports timed hibernation function, during which the device will not work. If the user feedback that they have not performed any sleep related actions, but the device often hibernates. Please check the following conditions for the user:
1. Please check whether the device firmware version and Mi Home App version are the latest.
2. Please check whether the timed hibernation is set on the device.
3. Please check whether timed hibernation is set in the smart scene;
4. If the user has a XiaoAi speaker at home, it is also necessary to check the conversation record of XiaoAi speaker during camera sleep to see if there is any use of XiaoAi voice sleep camera;
5. Check if the camera/Mi account is sharing information with others. You can ask if others are hibernating. (Most of which are operated by shared accounts. Please make sure to let the user check this part.). If this is the case, please cancel the camera/Mi account sharing and observe whether it will still hibernate for a few days;

7. Record the device's sleep time period and upload a log;
8. If the camera is equipped with a memory card, please provide the log in the memory card together. Log extraction method: Using a card reader, insert the memory card into the computer. The file content in the memory card contains the file "log", and package the file to send.
