What should I do if the Mi Home App cannot connect two Mi camera at the same time?
Two Mi camera can be bound to the same Mi account. If the Mi Home App cannot connect to two Mi camera at the same time, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please check whether the two cameras are bound to the same Mi account;
2. Please log out of the Mi Home App, clear the background operation, and reconnect;
3. Please make sure the camera is close to the router;
4. Try to reset the camera. Reset method: Use a needle to insert a needle into the reset hole of the camera, press and hold for about 5 seconds, and then reconnect to the APP;
If the above methods are invalid, it is recommended that you apply for after-sales inspection.
