Solutions for power banks that cannot charge mobile phones/tablets

1. Check whether the power of the mobile power supply is sufficient, and try to recharge the mobile power supply (you can press the power check button when the power supply is not connected, and judge the power of the mobile power supply according to the power indicator);
2. After connecting the mobile power supply and the mobile phone, click the power check button to check whether the mobile power supply has power output;
3. Check whether the data line is faulty, and try to replace other data lines;
4. Check the charged mobile phone or tablet to see if the charging is normal, you can try other devices;
5. Except for mainstream mobile phones or tablets, the power bank cannot be used to supply power to other devices, which may be due to different charging protocols between devices. It is recommended to guide users to replace mobile phones and other devices to verify whether the power bank is faulty;
6. Apply for after-sales testing.
