What should I do if my phone cannot connect to the computer via USB?
1. Try to install Xiaomi mobile assistant from the computer and connect the mobile phone through Xiaomi assistant;
2. Try to turn off the third party security software and the third party assistant software on the computer;
3. Check whether use the original charging cable or try to change other data cable.
4. If this kind of failure still occurs after replacing the data cable, it is suggested to replace a computer for a try. It may be because the USB port function of the computer is missing.
